Best For: Dessert, Snacking
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
Cooling Time: 30 minutes to 1 hour
Servings: 14 x 4 oz. jars

Ingredients

Apples
    • 3 cups apples (2 to 3 apples), diced (we like EverCrisp® or Honeycrisp)
    • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
    • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
    • 2 Tbsp water

Assembly

    • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
    • 16 oz. whipped topping (sub vanilla yogurt for a healthier alternative)
    • Caramel sauce
    • Optional: chopped nuts, sprinkles, coconut flakes

    Directions

    Apples
      1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and water. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender and lightly caramelized—5 to 10 minutes.
      2. Allow apples to cool to room temperature.

    Assembly

      1. Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to serving cup of choice (we used 4 oz. jars).
      2. Spoon a generous dollop of whipped cream or yogurt over the graham cracker base.
      3. Top with 1-2 Tbsp of cooked apples, then a drizzle of caramel sauce.
      4. Add optional toppings, like nuts, sprinkles, or coconut flakes.
      5. Chill in the fridge to set up, between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Enjoy!
